 Climate and dust control

Phototools polyester move 18 micron per °C and 11 micron per %rH. It is vital to keep the temperature and humidity controlled. The HAP has a separate cooling system to keep 22±2°C and 45±5%rH around the artwork. The cooling system uses air from the cleanroom. This type of control is possible due to positive air pressure and laminar air flow over the vertical phototool! Inlet filters extract 1 micron particles >99%. Antistatic brushes and antistatic material in the conveyor and phototool eliminates static charges. The panel is held vertical to prevent dust from adhering.

 MACH-610iS, Cut Sheet Laminator

High accuracy placement of dry film, ±0,5 mm
High pressure lamination capability (5 bar)
 Cutting under continous lamination motion
Thin board capabilities down to 65 µm
 including cupper
Covered design to minimize dust on panel
Heat evacuation from dry film rolls

Distinct Technical Features

Position controlled SHD rolls
Panels ranging from 0,1 to 5,0 mm can be laminated without hurting the laminating rolls. The rolls are kept apart when a thick p0anel enters for lamination. This prevents the edge of the thick panel from damaging the rubber of the laminating roll. SHD, super heavy duty, rolls are used for minimum variance in pressure distribution. 55 shore Viton rubber ensures perfect fill and flow of dry film. Metal heat elements produce a ±1,5°C temperature distribution over the roll surface.

Rotating knifes
Rotating long life cutters produce sharp clean cuts. Rotating cutting knifes with air evacuation prevents dust from spreading to the panels

Thin panels
Specified to handle thin boards down to 100 µm including cupper foil. After tacking dry film to thin panels the pre tensioned dry film could pull the panel away from the laminating rollers. To prevent this from happening pinch rollersin the front of the conveyor guides the panel close to the laminating rolls. Stroke fixed panel centering is capable of handling thin panels. Optional: Triple pinch rollers for 65 µm panel handling.

Continous cutting
Cutting under continous lamination motion prevents pressure marks on the dry film resist

 PH-SGK-02, Pre Heater

Tripple hot roll pre heating from two sides
 Strong mechanical design
 Long life, low running cost

 PM01, Mylar peeler

The Automatic Sheet Remover is a fully automated machine designed to remove polyester film with high performance. In a non-stop operation, the Automatic Sheet Remover handles double sided peeling of the polyester protective film of exposed printed circuit boards. The advanced and unique peeling method works without creating resist chips. Due to the method of coreless-rolling of the peeled polyester film for unmixed product recycling the Automatic Sheet Remover provides a compact and economical method of film recycling.
