Liquid Coating  Furnace Electrostatic Spray Line Most installations run with Taiyo PSR-4000. A special version with high photospeed has been developped. Exposure time ranges down to 5-6 seconds (in high intensity 9 kW machines e.g. ORC). The system is totally built in. The result is a good working environment. The machine is easy to maintain. Clean the bell once/day and the booth once/week (change adhesive plastic). The spray system is supplied by Nordson. Hangers are cleaned (developped) and dried in the line.
